A second trip to Denmark in a month is a stopover on a longer journey down to southern (West) Germany. We take this trip when Hazel comes from Los Angeles and wishes to visit her ancestral German lands. We were happy to take her because she insisted on a higher class of hotel (and more expensive) than the family would normally splurge on) and for that reason she also paid our hotel bills.
In Denmark we visit Frederiksborg in Hillerød, Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen, Hans Christian Andersen's house in Odense, and briefly Roskilde.
